This is who you are in Christ; In Him scriptures, by Him scriptures

These are the verses God tells you who you are, whose you are. Not the world but what His word says about you.

*You will want to highlight and put a page marker on these verses because anytime you feel insecure or less than, you will want to come back to these verses and speak them over yourself.

2 Corinthians 5:17 lets us know that we are a new creation in Christ

Off to the side in my Bible, I wrote next this verse: " I am a new creation, the old is gone."

This just reminds you that your past does not define you, but it was what helped refine who you are; ultimately, you are made new in Christ when you gave your life to Him.

Ephesians 2:10 lets us know that God created you

You are a Child of God!!!!!

We know this because 1 John 3:1-2, Romans 8:14, and Romans 8:16-17 tells us so.

If you know what a healthy, good relationship between a parent and a child is (not all of us grew up with it), but you should know what that looks like, and the bible tells us what it looks like, so even if you don't know, let me tell you.

Parents take care of their children, supply all their needs, and care for them.

Philippians 4:19 - He will supply all my needs

1 Peter 5:7 - cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you

Matthew 6: 25-34 - He knows that you need all things

Psalm 23:1 - I will lack nothing

Acts 17:28 - In Him I live

Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ

Exodus 15:2 He is my strength

I am healed! We know this because He paid it all on the cross, but here are some good references.

1 Peter 2:24

Matthew 8:17

2 Corinthians 5:21 I am the righteousness of God

Romans 8:37 I am a conqueror

These scriptures so empower you and help you to stand firm with the trails of life, because no matter what God is with you and He is for you but because He has told you that you are more than a conqueror, that you can do all things through Him because He is your strength and that you will never lack or go without because He is a good Father and will supply all that you need.

So stand tall and stand firm in the truth that these statements are true to who God says you are and what God says of you!

A great reference I have and use, with more "In Him" statements and verses, is this little mini book (link below).

What you say matters

Life and Death are in the power of the tongue. So you could say that what comes out of your mouth really matters.
